🗳️ Southwest Swing State | 2024 GOTV Election Roadtrip

Welcome to GOTV Season!

GOTV season is the official home stretch to an election or what campaigns call get out the vote! This is the final period of a campaign when the main goal is to get as many of their people out to vote as possible. Or what JD Vance likes to call, taking a break from his couch.

In that spirit and to make the most of the last few weeks of the election, Sam Chavez, organizer and founder of the roots of change agency, hit the road with their corgi pup, Bear, to roadtrip across the Southwest to volunteer and amplify the candidates and organizations who have been working all year to push back against the authoritarianism of the modern GOP. It was heart-warming, heart-breaking, and everything in between!
